Garlic Butter Salmon & Rice (18 Minutes)

This cozy one-pan dinner tastes like comfort but takes less than 20 minutes.

Tender salmon pieces in buttery garlic sauce, served with fluffy rice — light, warm, and satisfying.

🥄 Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh salmon fillet (skin removed, cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

🔥 Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil together in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
  3. Add the salmon chunks, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden and just cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm straight from the pan.

💛 Perfect with a green salad or a few lemon slices on the side.
