🥄 Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon fillet (skin removed, cut into chunks)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
🔥 Instructions
- Heat the butter and olive oil together in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
- Add the salmon chunks, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden and just cooked through.
- Stir in the cooked rice and drizzle with lemon juice.
