– 1 can chickpeas, drained  

– 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved  

– 1 small onion, chopped  

– 1 garlic clove, minced  

– Olive oil, salt, pepper  

– ½ tsp smoked paprika  

– Fresh parsley & lemon juice to finish
