🥞 Lazy Cook Club Pancakes (10 minutes)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125g) flour
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)

Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, or a drizzle of honey on top

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk and egg — stir until smooth.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a small pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour a small ladle of batter; cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  5. Serve warm with honey, fruit, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Cleanup: one bowl, one pan.
