Ingredients
- 1 cup (125g) flour
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)
Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, or a drizzle of honey on top
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add milk and egg — stir until smooth.
- Heat butter or oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small ladle of batter; cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Serve warm with honey, fruit, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
