Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Β½ onion, chopped (optional)
  • Β½ tsp thyme
  • Β½ tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 5–6 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Add onions (if using), apple slices, and herbs.
  4. Stir gently and cook another 7–8 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip: Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream or a fried egg on top.
