Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Β½ onion, chopped (optional)
- Β½ tsp thyme
- Β½ tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and cook for 5β6 minutes until slightly golden.
- Add onions (if using), apple slices, and herbs.
- Stir gently and cook another 7β8 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream or a fried egg on top.
