Ingredients (for 2):
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and onions, cook 10 minutes, stirring often until golden.
- Cover and cook 5 more minutes on low heat until soft inside.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve hot.
