Crispy Potato & Onion Skillet (One Pan, 17 Minutes)

Ingredients (for 2):

  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and onions, cook 10 minutes, stirring often until golden.
  3. Cover and cook 5 more minutes on low heat until soft inside.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve hot.
